Healthy Breathing Practices -a Small Tip

Make Breathe in and Breathe Out a Healthy Habit.
We exhale and inhale so as to sustain our life.
Life is so beautiful and one should thoroughly enjoy every second.
The inhaling and exhaling is a natural phenomena.
The lungs take oxygen and leave the Carbon dioxide.
If you observe a child during sleep, breathing isrhythmic, natural and proper one.
Once grown up, our thoughts became disoriented, stressful.
This may result in unnatural breathing .
People may differ in my views, but if you consult a cardiologist, he will endorse the same.
Is there any conscious effort required to verify? Yes, very much, follow this small exercise.
1.
Sit in a calm posture.
2.
Observe the breathing for some time.
3.
When you inhale the stomach should bulge and while exhaling stomach should contract.
(Most of the above will hold well in the normal calm period.
) The question arises whether during stressful and anxious moment what happens? How one should always be in natural breathing? To become a child again is not possible.
Naturally it may not be practical to ask some one whether you had a proper breathing.
Rather we can suggest them to observe the above small checks after some time.
Check your breath, feel and correct it consciously.
Over the period unconsciously you will be able to fall back the correct procedure as it forms a healthy habit.
The aim of this article is not only we enjoy the fruits of our proper breathing in the normal conditions but also aim to fall back under abnormal conditions.
Please note: Easiest way to practice consciously is to join a breathing course conducted by any yoga institute or enroll into an institution that teaches this art.
