It seems too much to many who are trying to make it all work.
Meditating is the unexpected solution to the stresses and complications of life.
Many have found and continue to find the age-old art and discipline more than a solution.
It is becoming the new health club craze of the millennium.
The benefits are being given new credence and are the subject of studies finding unexpected positive results, even if practiced for short periods of time.

On a personal note, I had picked meditation years ago as a budding surfer, trying to put my life back together after a brutal divorce of my parents.
For a few years I meditated a few times a day, surfed and went to school, almost in that order.
Life changed and it got better.
I stopped meditating though for no apparent reason.
Life clearly became more challenging, though not noticeably at first.
Spiritual matters were not the primary focus in my late teens and early twenties.
I was looking for the silver bullet in business and made a few wrong turns with a few good turns.
I had additional challenges stemming from continued family disruptions.
I had actually stopped going to any organized church or doing any spiritual practices.
I favored finding my own way.

I was going through inner hell and there seemed to be no way out.
It appeared dire.
The answer arrived a few years back from a good friend's suggestion upon noticing my pain.
Enough of my drama, the point to embark from is to take an easy action and meditate briefly.
Isn't it dangerous? No.
Don't I need to take special classes? You can if that feels right for you and you get results.
The results are all that counts.
This moment has proven to be the critical single point that changed my outlook and my life's outcome thus far.
I meditate now more than I ever thought I could.
It can start by closing one's eyes, while not driving a car, and starting in a private and quiet place.
It can be as simple as closing the eyes and breathing slowly saying to ones self something as simple as that good will come about from what you are doing and envisioning a favorite outdoor locale, whatever that may be for you.
Being able to have deep meditations comes with practice.
Stress relief can come with even the smallest beginning.
It seems too much to many who are trying to make it all work.
