You know what the biggest mistake to avoid when building muscles? Imitating Pro Bodybuilders! You see, doing their routines won't make you build muscle fast.
That's right! Since most of them don't train in natural way! They are genetically gifted and never started training that way.
So drop the whole imitating Pro Bodybuilders things! For average person like you required a different approach! That's a fact! And you have to find the proper method to builds muscle in express and prevents physical & mental for overtraining.

You need 1g protein per pound of body-weight daily to build & maintain muscle.
Eat whole proteins with each meal.
