  Protein helps to repair the torn fibres quicker which will grow back stronger and thicker, helping you in building muscles quickly.
One thing you should always remember is to drink water, and lots of it.
  I would also recommend you considering protein shakes.
  These can be bought at most supermarkets, pharmacies, health shops or at your gym.
  It really goes well with a high protein and carbohydrate diet.
This simple process for building muscles quickly works, but this is still only the beginning.
