How to Lose Weight From Your Thighs - 2 Simple Exercises to Get Thinner Thighs

Thighs are a HUGE problem area when it comes to flab.
This is especially true for women.
So how can you get rid of that fat? The simple truth is that you MUST do exercise to get rid of this fat.
A diet will most definitely determine whether or not you will keep the weight off, but first you need to actually lose it! Get comfortable and give me 3 minutes of your time.
Here are two phenomenal exercises which will give you the kind of legs Jessica Simpson would be jealous of.
How to Lose Weight from Your Thighs 1.
Lunge Jumps...
A normal lunge consists of you standing with your feet together, and then lunging forward with one.
After this you usually come back to the starting position with your feet together.
Jump lunges begin the same, but the key difference is that you do not return to the starting position.
Once you have lunges forward, you are going to explode upwards out of that position and into the lunging position of the other leg (be sure to land softly).
One of these lunge jumps counts as a single rep.
Do 3 sets of 6 to begin with.
This exercise should NOT be done every day.
You will need to give your legs a day in between to recover.
2.
Wall Sits...
This exercise is really going to test the endurance in your leg muscles.
This exercise is EXTREMELY good for shaping your thighs is executed correctly.
What you need to do is sit against a wall as if you are sitting in a chair (without the chair).
Your knees should be bent to form a 90 degree angle.
You are going to stay in this position for 30 seconds to begin with.
If you feel your fitness levels can handle it, you can increase the time intervals that you begin with.
As you get better with this exercise (getting stronger leg muscles and toned legs) you will want to increase the time intervals.
Do two of these intervals every day.
These exercises will get you sexy, toned legs in no time.
You MUST be diligent and follow through with them.
If you do, you will have guaranteed success in very little time.
