Hi, my name is Claire Coleman, I'm a hairstylist, I'm going to show you how to do a feminine, updo hairstyle. So, we're going to start by sectioning off the front part of the hair, just put it forward. And then, we're going to bring the rest of the hair into ponytail, not too low, but a little bit lower than the middle point of your head. And we're just going to make it nice and tight. And I'm also going to take the point of my comb and holding onto the base of the ponytail holder. I'm just going to put it in the hair and just pull forth a little bit of hair, just to create a little bit of volume there. And if it's too much, you can always just smooth it back in pretty easily. So, we're going to do a two strand bun. I'm going to separate the hair into two sections. First section, you're going to start twisting and wrapping it around as you would, a normal bun. And you're just going to pin as you go, and just keep twisting and pinning. This makes it a lot easier to make sure that your style is very secure, and it's not going to move around throughout the day. And then, just tuck your sides in. And as you're twisting your hair around to make a bun, you want to make sure that your second section is coming in the middle of your bun here. And then, you're just going to place that on the outside of the first bun that you made, and just keep pinning. And make sure you tuck your end, I think, just one more, here we go. O.k., and then, for these side pieces, we're just going to push forward a little bit, because we want to frame the face. So, we're just going to push forward with our brush, and hold it with your hand. And then, you're just going to use that to hold the place, as you pull the rest back, and drape it over your bun. And then, secure it with a pin. And you're going to do the same thing on the other side. This is just going to give you a little bit of definition around the face. And then, just wrap the ends around, and pin. You can see from the back. My name is Claire Coleman, I'm a hairstylist, I just showed you how to do a feminine, updo hairstyle.
