This is a list of some of the most common and easy to find EFT tapping points: The Crown Point: The center of the top of your head.
Use 4 fingertips of one hand (or both hands) to tap.
The Eyebrow Point: The inside edge of both eyebrows right next to the nose.
Use 2 or 3 fingertips to tap.
The Outer Eye Point: On the orbital bone on the outside of either eye.
Use 2 or 3 fingertips to tap.
The Under Eye Point: On the orbital bone beneath either eye.
Use 2 or 3 fingertips to tap.
Beneath the Nose: Just below the nose at the top of the upper life.
Use 2 or 3 fingertips to tap.
Beneath the Mouth: Just below the lower lip and above the point of the chin.

Beneath the Collar bone: About one inch directly below the inside point of either collar bone.

Important Note: If you look at the back of your left hand, all of the finger points are on the right side of the fingers.

Side of index finger: The same as the thumb, only located on the index finger.
Side of middle finger: The same as the thumb, only located on the middle finger.

Spend a few seconds tapping each point while breathing deeply.
5 to 7 taps per point will work if you would like to use a specific number.
