EFT Tapping - 15 Points of Power

The most important part of learning proper EFT tapping is getting a powerful sequence of tapping points mastered to the level of habit.
You want to be able to go through the tapping sequence without having to think about the points.
This frees up your mind to focus on the issue and the desired outcome.
Once you habitually know a sequence of points, you can quickly use EFT tapping to resolve a wide variety of mental, emotional, and even physical problems.
This is a list of some of the most common and easy to find EFT tapping points: The Crown Point: The center of the top of your head.
Use 4 fingertips of one hand (or both hands) to tap.
The Eyebrow Point: The inside edge of both eyebrows right next to the nose.
Use 2 or 3 fingertips to tap.

If you look at the back of the right hand, all the finger points are on the left side of the fingers.
Side of index finger: The same as the thumb, only located on the index finger.
Side of middle finger: The same as the thumb, only located on the middle finger.
Side of ring finger: The same as the thumb, only located on the ring finger.
Side of little finger: The same as the thumb, only located on the little finger.
Spend a few seconds tapping each point while breathing deeply.
5 to 7 taps per point will work if you would like to use a specific number.
You will eventually start to do it by feel.
You will intuit which points need more attention, and you might notice some points need no tapping at all.
If you tap these 15 power points regularly while focusing on your challenges or your goals, you will quickly overcome the challenges, you will start to achieve your outcomes much more easily, and you will vastly improve your satisfaction with life,
