What options does the United States have now?Japan has already up like sanctions and China may apply a few as well.
But North Korea owes both those nations money.
South Korea trades with North Korea, but most of that is food and fuel and a more humanitarian effort.
Can the United States and a naval blockade in to prevent North Korea from exporting nuclear weapons? The proliferation of nuclear weapons in rogue nations can only lead to future nuclear detonations, which will kill millions of civilians.
Something must be done as a signal to the rest of the world that this cannot be tolerated.
Because it appears that talk is not enough and nothing is getting done.
