- 1). Go to the official website of the United States government, www.usa.gov. Locate the "Contact Government" tab at the top of the website. Alternatively, if you do not have an internet connection available, contact the secretary of state of the state you reside in and ask them for the contact information of the delegate you are trying to locate.
- 2). Click on the "Contact Your Elected Officials" link on the "Contact Government" portion of www.usa.gov.
- 3). Choose the representative you desire to locate. You can choose from the President and Vice President of the United States, United States senator, United States representative, state governor and state legislators. After making this selection, follow the prompts given to you to locate your particular delegate. For example, if you are searching for who your state governor is, the prompt will ask you to select which state you presently reside in.
