- 1). Go to the online voter Voter Registration Application website at www.kdor.org.
- 2). Answer the questions to verify your voting eligibility in Kansas, including whether you're a citizen of the United States, over 18 years of age, reside in Kansas and whether or not you've been convicted of a felony.
- 3). Enter your personal information including the ID number from your driver's license or nondriver identification card, name, birthdate and new address.
- 1). Download and print the Kansas Voter Registration Application form at kssos.org. Alternatively, you can pick one up at your local DMV office.
- 2). Write the required information on your registration form including your name, old and new addresses, birth date, party affiliation and ID number.
- 3). Include a copy of your utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck or other government document if you do not have a driver's license or non-driver photo ID card.
- 4). Sign and date the application. Mail it to the voter's office in the county you reside in. The addresses are included on the second page of the form.
