Round Convection Oven

My Round Convection Oven is an essential item in my kitchen.
I couldn't imagine cooking without one.
I use it nearly every day and on a weekend I often use it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It's so easy to use for making an easy breakfast, a quick lunch and a full dinner without fuss or bother.
Three years ago I won a Round Convection Oven in a Christmas Raffle.
At the time I had no real idea what to use it for as I had only seen some TV commercials for them.
That was one of the luckiest wins of my life.
It has saved me so much time.
As a single mother, I would start our dinner cooking, then help my son with his homework and realise how much time had passed and have to run out to the kitchen to find dinner was overcooked or even burnt.
Since I won my Countertop Convection Oven I haven't had a burnt dinner.
The oven comes with a timer that turns off when it's done.
I can set the timer and the oven temperature and walk away knowing that when I hear that ding, dinner is ready to be served.
Meat cooked in the oven is moist and delicious.
Vegetables can be steamed, broiled and baked depending on how you want to cook them.
Cakes and muffins can be cooked also in the oven.
In fact, in the years I've been using it, I've found out just about anything you can put in an oven can be cooked in it.
The oven comes with 2 trays so you can cook your meat on one tray whilst cooking your vegetables on the second tray.
You also usually receive an extender ring that can be placed on the glass bowl to allow you to cook larger roasts without hassle.
You also receive tongs that allow you to easily and safely lift out the trays when the meal is finished cooking.
It's all possible because the Round Convection Oven is just so easy to use.
I will always have one of these in my kitchen.
In fact, as I have an older house with dodgy electrics, I've blown up 3 of them.
Each time I head to the local shop and replace it as soon as possible.
The electrics will cost $1000's to fix, the oven costs me less then $50.
The one time I had to wait and use my conventional oven, you guessed it, I burnt my dinner.
I have adapted many recipes to cook in my oven and I love experimenting with what I can do.
