- 1). Download PriMus DCF for free at the PriMus DCF website.
- 2). Open the program and create a file, then save it with a ".dcf" extension.
- 3). Open the file you created with any plain text editor or word processing software.
- 4). Select and copy the entirety of the text by pressing the "Ctrl" and "A" keys and then the "Ctrl" and "C" keys.
- 5). Go to the Carleton College ASCII Converter online, then paste ("Ctrl" and "V") your text into the box provided.
- 6). Click "Convert Text to ASCII Code." The resulting ASCII will appear in the box beneath your text.
