Network Marketing Success - Stop Pushing Ropes.
Early in any individuals career, if they are serious and committed to Network Marketing Success, and building a significant distribution channel, one of the major obstacles is frustration.
You work incredibly hard to recruit new distributors, who say all the right things, are keen, motivated, committed, ready to tear the world apart, yet after only a few weeks or days fall off the end of the earth never to be seen again.
Frustration, Frustration,Frustration.
The reasons are many but 2 of note:
1. Being more committed to the new distributors business than they are.
2. Recruiting the wrong quality of people.
Anybody who has put even the smallest organisation together will be familiar with this situation and having played this game for far too long, there is only one real conclusion- stop pushing ropes.
If you want the business for the distributor more than they do, the guaranteed result is frustration, and the inevitable question "can I really make this business work for me?" is one which has been asked by Leader at some point in their career."
Yes there is a solution, simple, easy but painful: Stop kidding yourself.
Understand the reason so few are successful in life is that the majority are unwilling to pay the price necessary to achieve their goals, and would rather swim in the pool of mediocrity, sheltering in the comfort of the herd.
So what are we going to do about it?
1. Increase the quality of Prospects.
2. Create a system where the prospect pool is so great, the chances of unearthing a few gold nuggets is significantly increased.
For most Networkers, the difficulty here is lack of time, especially if attempting to build the business though the traditional route as this affords little or limited leverage.
In the traditional ( Old school) method of Network development - prospecting the warm market, showing plans to anyone who will stand still long enough - leverage is minimal, and will remain so until a level of duplication is embedded into the team.
However, by automating the process, utilising technology and Attraction Marketing Principles, leverage can applied much more quickly and rather than trying to "sell" the benefits of Networking," create an environment where people can buy if they choose. (The Bible is this field is Magnetic Sponsoring and highly recommended).
The second skill to focus on is to stop pushing ropes- stop trying to do everything for everyone; spinning plates is a short term fix and sending out completely wrong signals.
It is better to have a few key, focused, individuals, rather than an army of semi-interested distributors who only invest time into their business if there is nothing better to do.
If you are serious about your goals, and don't do this it, you are deluding yourself.
Be the LEADER,set the example, select the key players and invest 80%+ of available time helping them build their businesses big enough to achieve their own goals and ambitions.
For the remainder, keep the door open, and let them know you are available; circumstances in life sometimes transform sheep in wolves and if that happens, you want that wolf running in your pack!
