- 1). Press the "Home" button, then tap "Start." Use the direction pad to highlight "Settings," then press the center button.
- 2). Use the right directional pad button to navigate to the "System" tab. Press "Screen," then "Align Screen."
- 3). Use the stylus to tap the crosshairs as they appear on your phone's screen. You may have to do this for several minutes. When the dialogue completes, your screen is re-calibrated. If you're sill having problems, continue to Section 2.
- 1). Pull the stylus out of the phone. Power the phone on and make sure that the battery is at least 50 percent charged.
- 2). Hold down both soft buttons (marked with a "-" symbol). Without letting go of the buttons, use the stylus to press the small "reset" button on the bottom of the phone near the charging port. Hold this position until the screen turns off and on again.
- 3). Follow the onscreen setup instructions. When the screen calibration dialogue runs, use the stylus to tap the crosshairs. Continue until setup is finished.
