- 1). Dial "*7" and press "Call" using your Sprint BlackBerry phone. This will put you in contact with the Sprint purchasing department. You will be able to speak with an associate who can help you alter your plan details.
- 2). Request that unlimited texting be added to your plan. The Sprint associate will outline the alteration to your plan and will tell you the monthly price difference you can expect to pay.
- 3). Agree to the new price and the associate will finalize your plan changes. The change should become effective immediately and your SMS limit will be removed. The price change will appear on your next bill.
