An underwater theme pervades the restaurant with a Mediterranean-style patio outside and glass windows with etched sea lions on the inside. • The Beach Chalet serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week from a location that overlooks San Francisco's Ocean Beach. Sutro's

• The historic Cliff House on Ocean Beach is part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and literally sits on a cliff face overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Cliff House features an elegant restaurant within its walls, Sutro's. The restaurant is a more upscale establishment, its walls replaced entirely with glass to provide an excellent view of the surrounding beach. Dinner at Sutro's is filled with expertly prepared dishes led by the rack of Colorado lamb served drizzled with olive jus alongside goat cheese potato gratin, eggplant, piquillo peppers and mint.
