- 1). Melt the paraffin wax and beeswax together in a double boiler. Mix the wax thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Bring to 170 degrees F.
- 2). Add the scent and stir gently. Add color at this time, as well.
- 3). Pour the hot wax very carefully into your jars or pots. If you are making tarts with tart molds or mini muffin tins, this recipe will yield 24 tarts.
- 4). Leave everything to cool. Allow jars to cool overnight. Leave tarts for a couple of hours, then place in the freezer for a few minutes before popping them out of the mold.
- 5). Place the jar on your hot plate and turn the plate on. Or, place tarts on the tray above the candle warmer. Either way, enjoy the scent.
