Consume small, several meals a day - Skipping meals won't help you lose belly fat.
If you miss meals, your body goes into starvation mode, which means it decreases your metabolism and stores what you've already consumed as fat in your abdominal area since it doesn't know when you're going to feed it again.
Instead of starving yourself or having three substantial meals, consume small meals every three hours to keep your metabolism up.
