I found this campground using a book on Southwestern Louisiana places to visit, and I camped there in April 2001.
Campground Review
This campground had the Bayou Teche along with shade from beautiful live oak trees. It has an excellent location to visit, Southwestern Louisiana, but is far enough from Lafayette to not be crowded.
