- 1). Remove seeds from the watermelon and peaches. Cut off the strawberry tops and remove the watermelon from the hull. As you are removing the seeds, place the fruit in a blender.
- 2). Place the cover on the blender when all the fruit is added and blend. You want to keep blending until you have a smooth consistency.
- 3). Add the lemon juice, sugar and two tbsp. water to the fruit and blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- 4). Pour the mixture into the ice pop molds. Place in the freezer until each mold is frozen solid. Note: If you don't have ice pop molds, you can use small paper cups for the molds and use plastic spoons as the sticks by placing the spoon part into the mixture with the handle sticking out as the popsicle handle. Wait to add the spoon until the mixture is setting, which could be between 45 and 60 minutes.
