Secret Browser

• Like the name suggests, Secret Browser is designed with privacy in mind. Not only does it delete your history and cookies every time you close the browser, it also has a "Background Reset" (for users with iOS 4) that resets the browser to the start page if the app is running in the background. • A well-known mobile browser, the Opera Mini Web browser is designed to be fast and functional by compressing the data using the Opera servers, speeding up the load time for each website. • VanillaSurf offers offline support so that you can continue to read the pages you have open even if you lose your network connection. Additionally, VanillaSurf supports tabbed browsing and search engine use. Privately Web Browser

• Much like Secret Browser, the Privately Web browser focuses on browser security. It does not log pages to your history, nor does it save your Web searches or keep cookies for longer than absolutely necessary. Any data that is saved during your browsing session is deleted once you press the "Home" button.
  
  

SwiftBrowser

• While SwiftBrowser is not a free app, it does offer a lot of functionality and support for the 99 cent price tag, including a distinctly graphic interface. SwiftBrowser makes it easy to keep bookmarks and allows you to view websites in full-screen mode for full use of your screen. ITunes Rating System

• Browsers in iTunes all have a rating of 17+, with a laundry list of potential offenses, such as frequent nudity, violence, or mature themes. These ratings do not refer to the content of the browser app, but rather pinpoint that the browser allows unfiltered access to the Internet -- where anyone can find any measure of content, some of it inappropriate for children.
