There is a plethora of Internet Marketing programs online, with most designed solely to make money off you.
So how do you go about selecting a legitimate one? I've been in this industry for more than 6 months now, and I've learned that more than 50% of the Internet Marketers out there are just looking to make quick money without much effort.
I've since bought more than 20 courses in the IM niche, and have tried various methods to market products online.
From YouTube to Pay-Per-Click, my perspective of making quick cash online slowly changed as I soon realized a golden nugget that many marketers do not apply.
Unlike most marketers, where they feed on your appetite to go on and on before revealing that "X-Factor", I'm going to give it straight to you.
The word is Value.
The Internet Marketing business is just like any other businesses.
The industry is currently infested with lots of "knowledgeable" gurus, with most claiming to have raked in six figures.
If you are active on the forums, you will realize that most answers given by these "gurus" are generic and not specific to the questions.
So here are some rules that I abide by when selecting programs: 1.
Refund Policy Out of the 20+ courses purchased, 80% was refunded.
There are many WSO sellers who will purchase Private Label Rights (PLRs) to sell the content as their own methods.
Some WSOs will also contain outdated or rehash methods.
If the seller is genuinely providing value, he/she will also be secure about having such a clause.
Bear in mind that some genuine sellers do not have refund policies as there are buyers who will abuse such clauses even though they did get value out of the course.
2.
Look for in-depth reviews Sellers will often distribute their courses for free or at a discount to get testimonials.
One trick is also to "buy" these testimonials in order to boost the credibility of the course.
It is important to remain objective while reading the reviews as one could easily be blinded by greed to dive in.
If a course contains mainly generic and short positive reviews, I'll give it some time for other buyers to post their results before making a decision.
3.
Build relationships Get to know people who are like-minded and also sourcing for ways to make money online.
It can be extremely helpful to share experiences and reviews.
Stay clear of people who jump straight into pushing their affiliate programs at you.
4.
Always wait for reviews Unless you know the seller, it is not wise to dive right into a course without any reviews available.
I hope these 4 short tips can help you to save money and time in the long run.
