Echo brings a peace offering to Rex, apologizing for thinking he killed Victor. Rex wonders why Echo just didn’t get rid of the gun. Echo starts to tell Rex the truth but Shane comes in and Echo leaves them to talk. Shane and Rex talk about what happened with him and Jack, Shane explains that he thought Rex killed Victor. Rex feels that they need to reconnect, Shane wonders if he’ll be punished for what he did to Jack.
Rex doesn’t know, but promises to stand by him no matter what. Meanwhile, Echo calls Kim and demands the documents that sign everything back over to Clint back, Kim tells Echo that she gave the papers to someone else.
Kim tells Stacy that soon they will be all set with money, so hopefully Stacy can get better and they can afford better doctors. Kim leaves for work.
Cutter meets Rama at the Spotted Pony and gives him an ultimatum: either Cutter tell Rama where Aubrey/Kim is or she goes to the police with evidence that Cutter killed someone at the Spotted Pony years ago. Cutter makes a deal with Rama and tells her to wait in the bar, Kim shows up and comes face to face with Rama – who tells Kim that she’s there to settle an old score.
Danielle is getting ready for school while talking to Tea on the phone, Danielle wants updates on Todd and the murder case. Tea dodges the question and says that she’s just running out the door to court, Danielle knows that she is lying. Nate shows up because tomorrow is Danielle’s birthday, Danielle breaks down crying because she hasn’t even thought of her birthday with everything going on.
Nate and Danielle sit to watch a movie, Nate hoping to take Danielle’s mind off of everything.
Blair goes to see Bo and wonders what he’s going to do about Starr’s incarceration, Bo covertly suggests that if Todd should turn himself in the Mayor will go easier on Starr. Blair is upset that the Mayor is using Starr as bait, Bo promises to talk to Nora. Blair asks Bo what he’s going to do about Shane pointing a gun at Jack, Bo explains that nothing has been filed yet. Even though Blair wants Shane to be punished, she knows that that can’t happen without Jack’s lies coming to surface. Bo suggests that Blair talk to Jack and not press any charges. Blair leaves and calls Tea to update her on everything that’s been going on.
Tea relays the news to Todd – Starr is still in jail, but the Mayor is willing to go easy on her if Todd turns himself in and about Shane and Jack. Todd is relieved that Jack is ok, but he’s furious at the mayor for using Starr as bait to get him. Todd wants to turn himself in, which Tea suggests is a bad idea until they get some sort of confirmation on a deal between the police and the D.A. Todd thanks Tea for all that she’s doing for him, Tea reminds Todd that she is doing everything for Victor. Tea heads to the police station, Bo asks if Todd is ready to come forward yet. Tea explains that Todd will come forward if certain instances are met. Meanwhile, Todd thinks that he should have a connection with his twin and wonders who killed him. Todd hears the door creak open, which startles him.
Stacy/Gigi starts to stir around in bed, first wiggling her toes, and then opening her eyes…
