- Since Barbie parties are usually thrown for little girls, anything pink would be a welcome addition to a Barbie loot bag. This can be anything from pink hair ribbons to a set of pink stationary. Younger children will enjoy a small tub of pink playdough, or modeling clay. Pink nail polish is appropriate for children who are a little older. Some other pink items that can be included in your loot bag are fake tattoos, spinning tops and pens with fluffy pink feathers on the top.

Cheap pierced earrings can be substituted for older girls.

Barbie stickers, pencils, coloring pages and stampers can be purchased from either a department store, or a party supply store. In addition, you can buy a Barbie outfit or small accessory to toss in the loot bag for the girls to use on their own Barbies when they get home.
- Candy is essential to any child's party loot bag. You can, however, choose candy that is more prone to the Barbie theme. Candy necklaces, for example, can be worn during the party, and then eaten afterward. Ring-pop rings can be placed on any finger while the child licks it like a lollipop. Pink pixy sticks work for younger children, while older children may prefer a roll of pink bubble gum tape.
