- 1). Insert an Ethernet cable into one of the "Out" ports located on the rear of the DSL modem (it does not matter which "Out" connection port you use).
- 2). Plug the opposite end of the cable into the "Internet" port on the back of the wireless router.
- 3). Power on both the wireless router and the DSL modem. Wait for all the lights on the front of both the router and modem to stop flashing before continuing.
- 4). Look on the wireless router. Somewhere (typically either on the back or bottom) there is an HTTP address listed. Type this into the URL bar of your Internet browser and press "Enter." A wireless router activation page appears.
- 5). Select that you are connecting the router to a DSL connection and enter in a username and password. Then click "Save" to activate the wireless router.
