Eleminating Grass or Weeds in a Driveway

• 1). Put on the rubber gloves. You will be dealing with a chemical that will burn your skin if it is allowed to sit on your skin for an extended period. Mix the chemical in the spray bottle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  
  
• 2). Start at the end of the driveway closest to the house and start spraying. Move form left to right spraying as you walk. When you reach grass or weeds growing among the gravel, spray directly onto the plant to make sure it is thoroughly wet. Continue this process until you have covered the whole driveway.
  
  
• 3). Dispose of the gloves in a plastic bag and immediately wash your hands. If any weedkiller remains in the tank, save it for another day. Do not dump it into the drain. Allow the driveway to dry for at least 8 hours before driving on it.
