- 1). Open the Excel workbook.
- 2). Position the cursor on the column where the non-blank cell resides.
- 3). Press "Ctrl" and the up or down arrow. The cursor will move to the first non-blank cell in the column.

- 3). Press "Ctrl" and the right or left arrow. The cursor will move to the first non-blank cell in the row.
- 1). Open the Excel workbook.
- 2). Press the "Ctrl" and "End" key at the same time. This will take the cursor to the last column and last row of the worksheet.
- 3). Move the cursor to the left to view the last non-blank cell in the row. Move the cursor up to view the last non-blank cell in the column.
