- 1). Clean up any excess hair around your eyebrows by plucking them out with your slanted-end tweezers. This includes hair under, above and between the eyebrows.
- 2). Using a lash comb, comb your lash hair in the direction of growth. Cut off any excess with cuticle scissors. Do this in sections since the hair can grow in different directions. Do this for both brows.
- 3). Take a white eyeliner pencil and mark the bristles you want to remove. Drawing this on will provide a guideline for you and ensure evenness on both sides.
- 4). Pluck the hairs one at a time. Always take a step back to look at your reflection before continuing. Removing multiple hairs at once risks over plucked and uneven brows. Work on both brows at the same time to keep them symmetrical; they do not need to be identical.
- 5). Choose a brow powder. If you have blonde or light hair, your brows should be two to three shades darker. If your hair is dark, your brows should be two to three shades lighter. Take your angled brush and brush the powder on. This will give your brows more definition and shape. It will also cover any grey hairs still peeking through.
- 6). Apply the brow gel to set the powder and your brows.
