- 1). Find your representative by going to the U.S. House of Representatives website. Enter your ZIP code into the "find your representative" form at the top right corner of the page. Click "go." This will list the name of your representative and a link to his official website.
- 2). Find your Senators by going to the U.S. Senate website. Select your state from the drop-down menu at the top right corner labeled "find your senators." This will list the two senators from your state as well as links to their official websites.
- 3). Locate the contact information for your members of congress. The fax number for your representative or senator is found in the "contact" or "constituent services" sections on the official websites.
- 4). Include your contact information on your fax. Your congressperson may respond to you by e-mail or written correspondence.
