Cheap 50cc Scooters

Lots of students and other people on a budget are finding that cheap 50cc scooters are an economical and efficient way to get around town.
They are tons cheaper and easier than a car, and don't require nearly as much work as riding a bicycle.
They barely have gas costs since you can usually get 120 miles per gallon or more!  You can park them anywhere, much like you can with a bike and often it doesn't cost you anything.
The best way to find a cheap 50cc scooter is to buy it used.
You can check craigslist or other newspaper classified ads sections in your area and will probably find a variety of appropriate scooters for sale.
It's important to research the new price so that you know that you are getting a good deal, and the best deal will be an affordable scooter that is in good condition and has not been ridden much.
You can also find cheap 50cc scooters on a site like eBay but this has a few disadvantages.
First, you are trusting the seller to be honest about the condition, and it can be hard to make good decisions based on small on photos.
Second, unless it happens to be near you, shipping a scooter is not an easy or cheap process, so you must consider this when deciding what you can afford to bid.
In general, it's probably easiest to buy locally so that you can examine it carefully before deciding to buy.
You can also have it inspected by a local scooter shop to see their opinion on its condition and value.
