However, some can have the attacks frequently.

It is now considered one of the major health problems.

It also can highly affect the quality of life of many people worldwide.
When you have the attacks, you will find that the symptoms are similar to many of the life-threatening disorders.

Panic attack symptoms can include: -Rapid heart rate -Sweating -Trembling -Shortness of breath -Hyperventilation -Chills -Hot flashes -Nausea -Abdominal cramping -Chest pain -Headache -Dizziness -Faintness -Tightness in your throat -Trouble swallowing -A sense of impending death It can happen suddenly without warning.
Normally, the symptoms will peak within ten minutes and last about half an hour.
However, there are many variations of them.
The bad news is the worst thing in the sufferer point of view is the fear that he will have another attack.
