- 1). Flip the switch on the left side of your PSP. It is the WLAN switch, and will connect your PSP to a Wi-Fi network.
- 2). Go to "Settings" on the main menu. Scroll to "Network Settings." Click on it.
- 3). Click on "Infrastructure Mode" and create a new connection for your PSP. Name it whatever you want.
- 4). Go to the "WLAN Setting" menu in "Network Settings." Click "Scan." This will scan for available Wi-Fi networks in the area. Choose the one with the strongest signal. Make sure the Wi-Fi network you choose is either an open network (no password needed) or you have the password for it. Otherwise, you won't be able to use it.
- 5). If the Wi-Fi network is password-protected, enter the password now. If not, click "None."
- 6). Go to "Address Setting." Click "Easy."
- 7). Press X to save your settings.
- 8). Click "Test Connection." It will show you the Wi-Fi network's information.
- 9). Go to "Internet Browser" under the main menu. Click on it. After a few seconds, your PSP should load your browser and be connected to the Internet.
