- 1). Make sure you are not too close to an already existing player city. New cities must be placed at least 1,000m away from old cities.
- 2). Try creating your city on a different planet. Seven planets in the game are capable of supporting player cities: Corellia, Naboo, Tattooine, Dantooine, Lok, Rori and Talus. The first three planets can support 20 cities each; the last four can support 50 cities. Unfortunately there is no way to tell for sure how many cities exist on a planet, except by trying to create one and seeing if it works.
- 3). Try every day to place a city on a particular planet. Cities are sometimes abandoned or destroyed, and if you keep trying, you may be able to get your foot in the door. If you don't get lucky, you can always find an existing player city, join it and contribute to its community.
