Three Types of Back Support Pillows

People who have back problems need to use back support pillows to conform to the normal curve of their spine, thereby avoiding pains on the backside.
In fact, back support pillows help you in achieving good posture even if you are lying down or sitting on a chair.
Moreover, the use of spine support cushions can make a big difference to the lives of a lot of people who suffer from backside pains.
However, there are three types of cushions for your spinal area that you can choose from.
The problem now is which ones do you choose? Here is a guide on the different cushions that you can use for your spine.
Lumbar Pillow They provide comfortable support whenever you are sitting down.
Most lumbar cushions are round or rectangular and have a thick midpoint or center.
The bulging midpoint helps push you spine forward since you place the pillow between your backside and the chair.
This helps correct your position thus you do not slump forward.
You can also use lumbar cushions whenever you are driving your car.
Memory Pillow This is made from a special type of foam which fits the curves of the body and they retain the curve of your body thus the name.
They usually reshape from time to time to give you better support than other types of back support pillows.
On the other hand, the foam is used to create orthopedic mattresses which can give the user or the patient a peaceful rest every night.
Donut Pillow This pillow is popular among pregnant women or those suffering pain in their coccyx or tailbone.
They help spread the load on one side of the body without putting pressure on the entire buttocks and lower backside area.
They look like donuts and are usually inflatable padding.
