- 2). Enter complete details of your location as well as the location in Canada where you would like to send the package to in the "Calculate Time and Cost" tool. Be sure to select a quote type, such as "Quick Time and Cost" for packages, since you will be sending a package. Make sure you know the weight of your package in order to get an accurate UPS quote. After entering this information, click on the "Next" button. You will receive an estimate of the cost of sending your package to Canada from the U.S. as well as the approximate length of time your package will take to get to Canada.
- 3). Locate the nearest UPS store in your area by using the UPS locator tool. You will find a link to this tool in the resources section. Enter your street address, city, and zip code. You also have the option of choosing the type of UPS store you would like, including UPS drop boxes. After entering your information and selecting the type of UPS store you would like, select the "Find" button at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to another page containing a list of all UPS stores in your area.
- 4). Drive to the UPS store, pay the delivery fee, and hand your package to the UPS staff member. Most UPS transactions offer tracking services. Depending on the type of service you choose, you may have to pay an extra charge for tracking capability. If you would like to use tracking services, see the resources section for the link to the UPS tracking page.
