- 1). To find out if you can send a picture message, the first and easiest thing to do would be to consult your owner's manual under the section "sending text, picture and MMS messages". If there is no section on picture messaging in your manual your phone is not picture messaging enabled. If there is, great! Your phone is picture messaging enabled! Just follow the steps in your manual or read on.
- 2). After turning on your phone's handset, locate your menu. Click on the message Icon on your screen.
- 3). Select New Message. A list of message options will open.
?Note: if there is no icon for picture messaging, your phone is not able to send a picture message. If you are positive your phone is capable of sending a picture message after reading your manual and this is not an option on your handset, contact your service provider's customer service number to repair the problem. - 4). To send a picture message, select the option from the drop down menu of "new message. This will take you to the section of your phone where your pictures are stored. Select the picture you want to send. This will be inserted into your message and return you to what you were doing. You can send the picture without typing a message, or you can personalize your message.
- 5). Enter your recipient's phone number and click on send.
