- 1). Reset your voicemail password by logging into your Alltel My Account.
- 2). Under the phone area, choose "Selected line."
- 3). Click the "Reset your voicemail password" option under "Plans & Features."
- 4). Call your voicemail by pressing and holding the "1" key, or dialing your own phone number. Interrupt the greeting by pressing the "*" key, and enter your new password.
