- 1). Open a document in a printing application, such as Microsoft Word, while connected to a network server using the Citrix MetaFrame client.
- 2). Click the "File" option or the Microsoft Office button, depending on your version of Word, and click "Print." The Printer dialog box opens.
- 3). Click "Properties" for the default printer to show the Printer Properties dialog box.
- 4). Uncheck the "Preview with EML Viewer" option in the Printer Properties dialog box and click "OK."
- 5). Repeat this action for each printing application that is displaying printer output in the EML viewer before being sent to the printer.
