Why Do I Always Have to Take Deep Breaths? 3 Reasons Why!

Why do I always have to take deep breaths? This question has three possible answers.
Taking deep breaths may make you feel better for the moment but to truly feel well figuring out the cause will go a long way in a finding a cure.
The obvious culprits are asthma and other chronic breathing disorders, but if you are not asthmatic and do not have any bona fide breathing disorders than you need to consider the following:
  1. Heart of Lung Infection- you may have a heart or a lung infection, this can be a long term problem if you have not been treated.
Having to take deep breaths all the time can be related to heart disease as well.
  2. Being Overweight -if you are heavy than your lungs are working over time.
Our lungs do not grow in mass as the girth of our bodies do.
If you are overweight you may experience the "why do I always have to take deep breath?" syndrome.
You also may have some water weight to contend with as well, which may be causing your lungs to feel tight and constricted.
  3. Not Enough Oxygen in Your Blood- you may suffer from a blood imbalance and may not be able to support your body functions correctly with the amount of oxygen in your blood.
This health problem may also be the result of inadequate oxygen balances in your blood.
Why do I always have to take deep breaths is something that you have to address.
Finding the cause will help you to find to find the cure.
There can be numerous reasons to feel this way.
This includes having adrenal burnout, a chronic fungal infection, a post viral infection and much more.
You won't feel normal until you find the root cause and eliminate it!
