Stress and acne; how do you think they relate? Take out a piece of paper and record your thoughts.
Do you feel stressed out after you study your face in the mirror wishing your acne was gone? Do you hide yourself inside of your house more often then you would if you were acne free? Be honest with yourself and write down your answers.
Stress is a huge contributor to acne.
More than half of people who suffer with acne also suffer from depression.
Unfortunately, being stressed out about your acne only makes it worse just like anything else in life.
If you begin to shift your focus away from acne, toward the positive in life, then your acne will begin to heal.
One way to do this is to focus on your relationships with the world.
Yourself, god, family, acquaintances, friends, best friends, and possibly a true love should be a large part of your life.
I will briefly discuss how growing your relationships will reduce your stress and thus acne.
Yourself Love yourself for who you are.
Ignore the fact that you have acne.
Ignore everything bad about you.
We all could find an unlimited amount of negatives about us.
Where would this world be if we did this? Start focusing on all the positives about yourself; your unique characteristics.
If you love yourself, then you have a much better chance of being loved by everyone else who could careless about your acne.
God Have faith.
Believe there is a higher power that will help push you in the right direction in life.
Trust that god has a beautiful life ahead for you.
You have acne for a reason.
Start living healthier and your acne will go away.
Family Love your family for who they are.
You may find a million things that you do not like about your siblings or parents, but what good will that do? Focus on the positive and show appreciation for all that they have done.
You are here because of your parents.
Acquaintances Greet every stranger you pass by.
Keep your head held high, smile at everyone, and greet those who look back at you.
Every acquaintance is a potential friend.
The more acquaintances you have in your life, the less you stop worrying if a stranger is starring at your acne or not.
Friends & Best Friends Spending time with friends on a regular basis can significantly reduce your stress.
Make friends with people you love to hang around with.
With people who enjoy your company for who you are who careless about your acne.
A best friend will be there whenever you need them to be.

Whenever you feel your self confidence is dropping significantly, go to your family, then your best friends.
Someone will help you when you need it.
True Love Having that someone special in your life can do wonders for your skin.
A true love will love you for who you are and will never bring up your acne.
He or she can boost your self confidence and motivate you to live your life they way you want it.
He or she can be your coach for a lifestyle change; one that will allow you to heal your acne.
And, they can ride the journey with you if they wish.
Surround yourself with people.
Acne sufferers tend to go in the opposite direction and thus feel hopeless and are not sure what to do.
