Secrets for Keeping Your Body Looking Lovely Forever

A recent picture magazine carried the photos of great-looking women who had remained like that for decades together. Sophia Loren, Candice Bergen, Cindy Crawford, and even Katrina Kaif found a place in the list of beautiful women. How did they succeed in looking the same for so long? They only diligently followed the secrets passed on to them by their peers. Here they are...
They always had a bath before they went to bed every night using a pleasant smelling soap or body wash that went with the perfume. Little drops of essential oil in their bathtub water made them smell sweet all the time. They checked on every item before starting to use them regularly. Products like personal wash for the interior thighs and elbow, face wash for the neck needed to be used only after repeated trials.
They stayed away from scrubs like pumice stone that split their skin. They avoided using turmeric on their faces as turmeric was sensitive to light and caused the skin to turn shady with regular use. They used shampoos having a fragrant smell leaving their hair looking and smelling great all the time. They took great care of their feet by using odor- resistant products. They always wore cotton socks and kept a ball of cotton rubbed with cologne in their purse. They always started the day by having cereal mixed with high fiber that kept their tongues fresh and clean.
They took great care of their teeth by scaling and polishing them every once in a while. They never allowed idle cavities remain unattended. They always brushed their teeth twice a day. By using a mouth wash after every meal, they took additional care of their teeth. And of course they dental flossed every day.
They drank a minimum of six glasses of water every day. They took vitamins and mineral supplements that kept them healthy and immune from infections and foreign substances from entering their bodies. They cleansed their colons regularly by using herbal bowel cleansing products. By doing so they avoided gas, constipation, aches like headache and backache by maintaining a clean healthy colon. All undigested food left over in the colon will not be allowed to form toxins.
They always went for their morning jog. They realize the importance of exercising every day. They know that exercise is essential not only for body fitness but also for reducing stress and tension. Less stress and tension is important for beautiful skin.
By maintaining a regular routine by abiding all the secrets given above, these beautiful women easily continue to remain beautiful all the time.
