- 1). Download and install the RealPlayer video program, which is free (see Resources).
- 2). Click "Start" in Windows and select "My computer."
- 3). Right-click on the video you'd like to play that has a compatible format, such as RM or AVI.
- 4). Select "Open with" from the choices available.
- 5). Click "RealPlayer" from the list of programs, and click "OK." Real Player will load and begin playing your video.
