- 1). Call the customer care line of your cellular service provider. If you don't have the number, you can find it out from its website. Alternatively, you can log in to the carrier's website with your account and navigate to the page that deals with unblocking your SIM card. On that page, you will find the PUK for your SIM card.
- 2). Request the PUK for your SIM card.
- 3). Enter the code into the phone. Make sure you don't try an inaccurate PUK more than 10 times or your SIM card will be blocked permanently.
