Need to turn up the heat in your sexual relationship? Research done by Linda Waite and Kara Joyner in the most comprehensive and recent study on sexuality indicates that you are already in the best position to do so if you are married. Their study demonstrates 42% of wives said that they found sex extremely emotionally and physically satisfying, compared to just 31% of single women who had a sex partner. Forty-eight percent of husbands said sex was extremely satisfying emotionally, compared to just 37% of cohabiting men. The higher level of commitment in marriage, increased trust and security which result from the relationship is probably the reason for the high level of reported sexual satisfaction. Tip 10: Talk About It! Communication is critical - even if you feel awkward (research shows many do!), ask questions and share in your desires - then act on both his and yours! Better communication = better sex!

Tip 9: Schedule Sex! Know how often he wants intercourse and put "Think Sex" or "TS" on your calendar, then look at it every morning, so you can spend the day warming up your body by warming up your mind. Intentionality = greater frequency. Something we all need to remember, studies show most men experience intimacy through physical intercourse, while women experience intimacy through physical relationship. Tip 8: Get 7-8 Hours of Sleep a Night! Rested bodies generate the necessary hormones and energy we need to function happily in the bedroom. Recent research also shows that 7-8 hours are considered "regenerative" sleep, which slows down the aging process. 7-8 Hours Sleep a Night = Fewer Aching Joints, Weight Loss, and Fewer Wrinkles, which can all = Better Sex!

Tip 7: Exercise! 20 - 30 minutes 5 times a week of moderate will significantly improve your physical condition. Increased physical strength and health = stable hormone production = more vaginal lubrication, increased blood flow, and production of oxytocin, the relational "bonding" hormone.

Tip 6: Buy Something Sassy! Lingerie often makes a woman feel sexy and if we feel that way, we will act that way! Get something that compliments your figure as it is, rather than as you wish it would be. Accent the positives and cover up the lesser than!

Tip 5: Exercise! Include strength training and moderate muscle building exercises in your work out. Increased muscle tone = faster fat metabolism, more calories burned by muscles = increased confidence = more fun in the bedroom.
