Since World of Warcraft is becoming a popular online game around the world, it is not a surprise that people create an account and play it up to certain levels and later on sell the account to make some money to those who want to start playing at a high level instead of starting at level 1.
This is more of a convenience for those players who are too lazy to start from the beginning since you need to spend a lot of time to play in order to get to a higher level but on the other hand, you cannot name the character as you like and train your character the way you want it to be.

So, when you want to buy an account, be sure to consider all the aspects before you decide on which to buy and how much you are willing to spend for the account.
