- 1). Log on to Kelley Blue Book's website at www.kbb.com. Enter the kind of truck you have, its mileage and trim details, and KBB will tell you what the market value of your truck is. This will give you a general idea of how much you should price your truck at.
- 2). Look at classified ads online and in print and see trucks that are similar to yours and how much they are priced at. You can use this to gauge where you should price your truck in comparison to other ads.
- 3). Get the truck professionally detailed. This will allow you to raise the asking price of the truck to show that you cared for your vehicle.
