Bajaj Avenger

Bajaj Avenger is a one of the popular bikes from the house of Bajaj Auto. The design of this bike is inspired by the Kawasaki Eliminator which is based upon the Bajaj Eliminator. It has various features inspired by Bajaj Eliminator such as air-cooled, single cylinder Kawasaki engine and more. The rider gets the ultimate cruiser experience on this bike. This bike has the wide saddle seat and special backrest which gives the comfortable seating posture to the rider and the pillion rider.

The look and styling of this bike is excellent and it looks dashing. It has a long travel front suspension and is steeply angled. Other styling features include finished triple clamp, front brake levers, clutch and chrome finished rear view mirrors. It features bar-end weights. This cruiser gets the look of a vintage cruiser due to all these features.

When it comes to control and comfort features of this bike, it offers excellent control. Due to presence of extra long wheelbase, the rider has greater stability riding this bike as compared to other bikes. Its couch-styled seating is of great comfort as it allows the rider to have a lazy seating position with feet up and he can ride with comfortable and unhurried pace. The rider can experience an excellent straight-line stability due to its massive 1475 mm wheelbase and heavy handlebar. Other features which add to comfortable ride include its long-travel suspension at the front, non-adjustable, hydraulic absorbers and coil spring on the rear side.

The performance of an automobile depends upon its engine. The Bajaj Avenger is equipped with DTSi technology. This technology is known for the giving better performance due to optimum combustion. This Bajaj bike is fitted with the modified engine of Bajaj Pulsar 200. This engine delivers the power output of 12.88 KW (17 hp) @ 8000 rpm. If speed thrills you, this bike is for you. It has a top speed of 114 km / h and in just 5.18 seconds, it reaches 0-60 km/h and in mere 20.03 seconds, it reaches a speed of 0-100 km/h.

This Bajaj Avenger bike gives the excellent mileage and economy. It can deliver a mileage of 40 kmpl in city condition. This is considered a quite a good mileage considering Indian traffic and road conditions.
