Color Therapy in Your Home

A lot of people nowadays use color therapy for their homes while decorating.
This is done so that the colors that we use have an overall effect on us, our well-being and our ways of dealing with life.
Here's how to use color therapy in your home.
For instance, the color orange is very significant.
It strengths your concentration.
If you see that in work-related matters, your creativity is running dry, then add a dash of orange to your wall, or some orange flowers on your desk - you will see that you have a sense of purpose.
Red promotes warmth and prosperity; it belongs to the Fire element, but be careful not to use it in excess as it also has the side-effects of shame and hatred.
Lots of people, whether male or female, like to use pink - this is a color that is associated with romance, innocence and purity.
You could use some pink in your bedroom.
Do keep in mind that this color should not be used in the kitchen or in the bathroom.
Pink is a quintessentially happy color! Purple, on the other hand, is a very spiritual color - you can use it for the bedroom or for your meditation room.
It promotes passion and motivation, as well as a generous dose of excitement.
Blue is perhaps one of the most important colors for color therapy - it is associated with patience, spirituality and peace.
It is a great color for the bedroom, but do not use it your library or study.
It promotes trust and stability, this color belongs to the Water element.
Green is a color that is harmonious with fertility and growth; it is also a very refreshing and rejuvenatory color.
You can use it for a therapy room or for the bathroom.
However, keep it way from playrooms, and family rooms.
It promotes freedom and optimism.
