Sleep Time Ritual for Healthy Hair & Skin

Do you have a set bedtime ritual? Why not use products and treatments that work during the night and take minimal time to apply.
Here's some tips for improving your hair, skin and nails while you sleep so you can wake up feeling like an overnight sensation! A very simple step to healthier hair is brushing.
Of course using a natural boar bristle brush is best but any will do as long as you are brushing.
There are two really great reasons for doing this.
First is that you will distribute the hair's natural oils through the shaft.
Doing this will help nourish your hair naturally.
The second is that brushing stimulates the blood flow to the scalp which will in turn very simply generate growth.
Did you know that the creams we use daily to "limit the lines" on our faces contain ingredients that can make our skin more sensitive to the sun? Sunlight can also break down the active ingredients in many of these creams reducing the benefits.
That is why using these products at night will provide the best possible results.
In the morning just use a moisturizer after cleansing and leave the treatments for evening.
Unlike the other parts of the face, our lips don't have oil glands.
That is why with age our lips get lines & lose their softness.
Keep your favorite lip balm, preferably one with an oil base, in your bedside draw and make this the last thing you do before you go to sleep.
When done on a regular basis the benefits will be obvious and what an easy way to create beautiful and kissable lips.
Let's keep our hands and feet beautiful and soft at all times! By applying a repairing cream at night you can replace the moisture that had been depleted throughout the day.
Adding the few minutes it takes for these at-home spa treatments to our nightly rituals will surely leave us waking up feeling like a real Sleeping Beauty.
