- 1). Connect the DiabloSport Predator to your computer by plugging one end of the serial cable into the tuner and the other end of the serial cable into a serial port on your computer. If you are using a USB adapter, connect the other end of the serial port to the adapter, then connect the free end of the USB cable to one of your computer's USB slots.
- 2). Open the "DiabloSport Downloader" program. This program is included with the tuner itself, and can also be downloaded and installed for free from the DiabloSport website. The default location for the shortcut to this program is within the "Start" menu.
- 3). Connect the DiabloSport Predator to a wall outlet using the AC/DC power adapter. Once the tuner has been connected to the computer and powered on, the software will automatically recognize the tuner after a brief loading period.
